One week later, still no voucher or reply to email

On Sunday, 26 January 2014 (one week ago) I purchased a voucher from Kalahari using eBucks. The eBucks were debited from my account instantly, but the voucher did not arrive. Knowing it was the end of a weekend and orders don't get processed over weekends, I waited unit Wednesday, 29 January before emailing the Kalahari using their Support email address.

I got an automatic reply a few minutes later saying that I would get a reply within 24-48 hours. However, it is now a full week since I placed the order and I still have neither the voucher nor a reply email (or even just correspondence acknowledging receipt of the my email to them).

Although I have been using Kalahari for several years now, iIf this is the level of service I can expect in the future I won't be using you again.
