I am being billed based on upgrade!!

A upgrade was done on my account. I went to the Cell C branch on 16 August 2013 and gave them my ID to proof it was not me that upgraded the line. The upgrade had been done the day before. I am currenttly being debited for that account to date and the story i get from branch manager Hosea (CellC fourways mall) is that department is working on the case yet i am PAYING the bill for a service i do not have!!!
