Mobimoola is dedacting my money

My name is Happyboy Kholeki I got a call from a lady who works at mobi moola and told me they work with the government and I can borrow money from then anytime. To my surprise they are now deducting money from my account and I didn't even borrow money from them. They are deducting R300 and R199 I tried calling them on this number 0861114666 to my surprise I had to hold until my airtime run-out. Please help what do I do?
