Dstv offer DSTVMobile where you pay R40 p/m to watch some channels on your mobile device.

It stipulate that there is no additional data charges. Previously I used the same service with no problems or data being used.

Now all of a sudden it's using all of my data that I've purchased. MTN says it's not their problem but Autopage and Autopage says it's MTN's problem. I'm running in between the two with no answers.

When I phoned Autopage yesterday (2013/10/28 12:00) I spoke to a lady Nontlantla and she said she will get back to me in 24hrs. I cost me money to phone as I spent 25min trying to explaining the problem. I'm still waiting. I phoned the call centre again today 2013/10/29 14:00 another 16min of my airtime being waisted being put through from one agent to another.
