I am fed up with Autopage bad service.

I purchased 1Gig of Data bundle at the beginning of April. A week before the end of april my Data was finished. I phoned the call centre to purchase 100MB of Data to see me thru the month. I waited 24 hours and received nothing. I phoned them to ask what is going on, they said "IT" are busy looking into the problem!!! until today i have not heard anything from the so called "IT" guys. Now my problem is also this, when my Data runs out your service really goes down and then I have to sit with the huge BILL because of the DATA usage!! Cant wait fot this Contract to be finished because then its GOOD BYE AUTOPAGE!!!
