Service, even worse Customer Service

I've contacted Afrihost in the past month by phone and by email.
Nobody is willing to answer my questions, or phone me back as I've requested.

I've had issues with my line since 20September, on and off (mostly off), but I still get billed the full amount.
I spent 46 minutes on the phone yesterday, after I was told that I will be transferred AGAIN, I asked that I BE CALLED. never happened.

I want to be contacted by Accounts and Customer Services right now. I want to be given an explanation as too why my 4mb/s line is slower than the EDGE speed I get on my phone. I want my support calls to be prioritised as HIGH not low; and most importantly, I want a full refund off of last months bill - As I haven't received any of the services I am paying for. I have all the details of the 18 or so emails that I've sent, as wells as the responses I received from Afrihost employees (which is mostly, "sorry for the inconvenience, we are looking at the problem" then never getting back to me until I phone and wait another 30minutes on line).
