Regretting switching to Afrihost after 1 week

Firstly let me say the sign-up process was a real pleasure, and their accounting department seems to know what they are doing, but billing me for an "all inclusive" Bundle deal (50GB, 2Mb/s capped) and then not upgrading my ADSL line speed from the 1Mb/s it was on, is not cool...

I received an email from Afrihost confirming the ADSL line had been migrated to them, with a bill for the line rental for the rest of this month. But, the line speed is still not upgraded.

I've logged two support tickets, both have been closed. One came back with an answer with an instruction for me to contact Telkom. What, why? It's a Bundle, so I expect Afrihost to be able to administrate the line, or am I wrong?

Trying to phone the call center is just excruciating - a nice woman's voice tells you they are very busy, and that you can (if you like) SMS "help" to some number. But doing so only gets you an SMS saying thank you, we'll get back to you... So far no one has gotten back to me.

Come on Afrihost - Best ISP 3 years in a row - don't disappoint me like this!
