Bad service

I haven't been having a good time with afrihost and now that my accounts are pending cancellation, there is no service. But i have to sit with it for most of a month. I've been having SNR problems for quite awhile now. It was temporarily fixed, but the SNR is very bad again. Last time it took ages to get it to a point where my line didn't disconnect every 20 minutes. As they are still my line managers for this month, i emailed them. But no reply. Ive tried the online line fix, but that only makes it worse. Pay them all the money and then you must manage your own line. Also after having allot of issues late last year. One of the employees i spoke with over the phone said they would credit me for at least a month. That hasn't happened and its almost 3 months down the line. When i asked him about it. He ignored it. So basically. If you feel you need to be ignored, Get Afrihost as an ISP. Not only will you have a bad internet experience. But if you want to fix it, it will take ages. And you'll be happily ignored. Quick to grab your money, not so quick on the service... I'm very glad i switched to another isp, and cant wait to get rid of afrihost.
