Pathetic service delivery!!!

I called MTN on the 22.10.2013 to take out a contract for the Samsung galaxy 3 tab. I was able to take out the contract but later decided to opt for more data and the same tab for R30 more. I was told that when the courier company calls that I need to tell them not to deliver as it needs to be sent back and that I will get a second call and I must accept that one as that would be on the new package. I did not understand why as it was the same phone but I was told that it is protocol. I did not get any further feedback or calls for delivery which is infuriating as I initially advised on the urgency! I called on the 28.10.2013 trying to trace the tab, I did not get any info as I was told that the package should have just been switched on the system and they would call me back. Today 29.10.2013 I have already called MTN twice to try to see if I can get feedback. The first call I was told that they will mail Kreasen to call me back. Then I called a few hours later as I still got no calls. I was told that he is not in at work and MIGHT be in tomorrow and will call me THEN. Why cant the supervisor or anyone else at MTN sort this query out? I cannot wait forever. Ref: RMV2161385
