We will call you back

I was notified on Friday by RTT that my phone will be delivered on Monday. After waiting over an hour after I had to leave work I called RTT to trace my package, I was told the driver will call me back in two minutes, he is on his way. Another half an hour went by without being called back, I called back again to ask for the supervisor and that was to not avail. I was transferred to the driver who told me his transport broke down and there's nothing he could do but deliver the next day. Today I called again asking what time should I expect the delivery, I was just told its scheduled for today. When I asked to speak to the supervisor/manager, I was again told she will call me in 10/20minutes. That was at 8h30! STILL WAITING! I tried to call before sending this letter but my call was transferred to an engaged number that later hung up. This has been a real inconvenience as I am not suppose to be at work today but came for this delivery. I understand that things do happen but the least they could do is inform me!!!
