I had a applied for a new data contract (sim only) through the mtn corporate call center on 25/03/2013. I took this root for the new contract as I have 3 existing contracts and therefore skip the normal tedious application process. The operator told me that I have to wait 5 to 7 working days for my sim. I followed up around the time I should have received the sim and I was told that there was an error on my application. I was told that my sim would reach me by 08/04/2013. I had not received it by then so I called and I was told the error was still on my application. My application was elevated to the administrators who were suppose to call me back. But instead I got an sms to say the contract was approved. When I called back I was told that I would have to wait 5 to 7 workingdays. This is completely unacceptable and I was told I would be contacted with other arrangements. I had not received any calls so I called back. I was told that I would receive my package by the 12/04/2013 which is a Friday. This never happened and I am therefore stuck another weekend without data for my tablet.
So please give me a good reason not to cancel the whole thing and give another network a chance?
