Afrihost make Telkom look like the Dream Team!!

Moved my 2mb uncapped adsl bundle from Telkom to Afrihost, and upgraded to 4mb, believing that their advertised service would actually happen!! What a joke...

My download speed has dropped from 1.6mb to 200kb on an upgraded line!!!
The call centre is pathetic, have no technical or service skills, just log the fault and disappear. There is no followup whatsoever!
I get SMSs from telkom saying service is restored, emails from afrihost saying please reboot your modem... And nothing changes... Do they think some miracle will take place when my modem reboots??

Pathetic... I am not paying anything this month... Equal to the line speed I have been getting.
