I recently bought my BIS package, loaded it onto my cell phone and received an sms stating that my activation was successful. Following this none of my internet services wanted to work. I called MTN, who notifeied me that i have to load ANOTHER R60 onto my phone and then contact them to have my BIS sorted. This in my opinion is bad service because what about the money that i already spent and that will not be reimbursed? I am very disappointed and am sure that Vodacom would have assisted me in a more effecient manner.
