Vodacom doesn't show any empathy to consumers

Iam a loyal pay as u go customer with vodacom cell phone provider for more than 10yrs.iv always been happy with the prepaid services they've been providing me with from data bundle, airtime, BIS & airtime itself, as I do have a contarct subscription with another different cell phone service provider.
My phone started acting up last thursday & could not access my applications (watsapp, bbm, facebook & most importantly, internet banking) so I took out the bettery & sim card to refresh it but the SOS signal kept persistant. On friday I gave the voda 111 customer service number a call to get assistance from it, but the consultant simply told me that it happened that myself
& other prepaid customers reflect on their system that we have been registered on contract with this NRCA that is affiliated with Edgars or Jet account holders which I've got non Of those. The problem wasn't fixed, had to call the call center again to get the most saddest of a response from yet another dump consultant, who told me to call the NRCA company myself, because she can't on her side as the call is being charged!..my question is who must fix this mess as they provide us with service but can't protect us from
such
