I have a contract with Cell C that allows me to load more data when finished onto my account and due to the nature of my job i download and open large files and formats. On Friday I tried to load data onto my account but kept on getting an error message and asking to phone 140. Tried a couple of times again that day with no luck. i phoned customer services and they said the request was still pending and they could not cancel it on there side and to phone back the next day if nothing has been loaded. On Saturday morning I phoned customer services again because my account still had not been loaded and by this time my bill is getting higher and higher because I'm being billed for data used. they still couldn't help me and I phoned another 3 times that day with no results. Its 2 days later and I'm still sitting with the problem. I pay alot for my contract and why should I be paying for my bill when the service they provide is not working and therefore i have to sit with the repercussions. This needs to be sorted out now and I need an explanation or to be reimbursed for the weekends data that I used or am still using and I'm being billed for. Not happy
