Waiting a month for feedback of early upgrade!

I contacted the call centre number (123) from my cell phone to enquire about an early upgrade or alternatively cancellation of my contract. At first it was impossible to get through to anyone and at one stage held on for over an hour before hanging up. When I eventually managed to get through I was transferred to different people, the last person I spoke to advised that someone from their "credit department" would contact me to confirm whether I qualify for an early upgrade, specifically for an S4. Two weeks went by and I hear nothing. I phoned again and was transferred to 2 different people, the second person told me that no call was logged for my request, but that he would attend to it and should I be approved, delivery of the new phone would take place in 5 working days. It has been another 2 weeks and still nothing. For the past 2 days I have tried to phone the call centre to no avail. There is just NO answer. Really unhappy with the service and considering cancelling this contract altogether.
