Cell C
Pathetic unprofessional delivery service

I recently signed up to change from MTN to Cell C and now i deeply regret it.

After signing up, I was assured that i would receive an email with a copy of the contract i agreed to over the phone and would be contacted in order to arrange delivery of the phone i ordered.

A week later and I have not yet received any documentation from Cell C, so have no way of accessing the details of my contract with them.

The delivery company never contacted me to arrange when they would deliver the phone, but called me today to say that their guy was at my office - as it turns out i was out of office driving to a meeting while the lady tried to inform me that i had to receive it now and would not hang up and call me when i was able to talk. She never even identified herself and has yet to call me back. Ridiculously unprofessional.

I am very sorry i made the move and am stuck in a two year contract with them.
