In August this year I contacted Support to enquire about Migrating to a full data package as I was not able to use the package I was on in my device. They initially quoted a R3, 000 migration fee, but guaranteed me it would be waived due to my years of loyalty. When I asked which package I could go onto, they said they would confirm the next day. I did not get a call, but was automatically put on a 2.5GB at R429pm without my confirmation. I called to rectify, was told I couldn't change it.

They issued a new quote for 3GB @R169 but with migration fee of R769.50. I asked about it being waived as promised and was told it had to be done by another department. I asked to speak to this department to resolve it and was told they couldn't transfer me, but that they would have to call me back. This happened 3 or 4 times over the last 2 months and still nobody has called me back.

I have paid 3 mnths fees thus far on a package I can't use, and when I call I get told I cannot speak to anyone. When I asked for email details of a manager, I was given the snail-mail postal address for complaints. Maybe they'll reply if I complain online? Let's see if they care enough to care about the customer?!
