500MB of data just disappeared from my device. After logging a complaint i was contacted by Blanche Opperman who said she will re-imburse me as their could be a system glitch because there was no trace of where the data went. That was on the 21st OCT. To date i have NOT received my data even though she told me on the phone that it was sent. I am losing my patience with this service provider. Is cellc training their staff to to the customer? Why was i told the data was sent to my device when it wasn't?
I am disappointed, digusted and saddened by this blatant!
