My nightmare started on 5/10/2013 when I upgraded my contract. I chose the bb 9720 but returned the phone on 9/10/2013 as the battery was faulty (battery would run down within 4hrs of charging & ph hardly being used) I received a new bb 9720 on 22/10/2013 & on 25/10/2013 I returned this ph as well as there was also something wrong with the battery. My brother advised that on 2 occassion he charged the ph full (ph not used after it had been charged as BIS only takes effect 1/11/2013 & bb means nothing without BIS) yet the battery would run down within a matter of hours.

I spoke to the manager Steven when I returned the ph on 25/10/2013 and explained that it was the 2nd time I had to return a brand new ph. Not only did he come across as very uninterested but kept giving me excuses saying "it must be sent away as it might be an out of box failure & how he has the same ph & his battery was fine" like i give to hoots about his ph, instead he offered me some ancient bb as a replacement. Steven told me he would get back to me by 29/10/2013 but not once did he ask my details, so how is he going to get back to me?

So far I've only received bad service & ph's
