Futher frustrations with documentation required

MTN head office requested through their branch at three rivers Vereeniging for me to supply them with a certified copy of my ID and proof of residential address, i duly did this only to be told that my certified copy of my Id was out of date. i had a new certification done and asked the police if it expired or not and was told that it never expires until the document becomes void. my lawyer confirmed this as well and all very baffled by the strange request. i feel that i am being just messed about as much as possible. i had to travel 30km to Sasolburg and back to get this certification done. i am not impressed at all. this process is going on for three weeks now since the new phone has arrived.
