Good day

I had the best service ever from College SA until I completed a subject certification application form on the 04/04/2013. As per the form the delivery will take 2 weeks I'm still waiting...

I have called the support team spoken to the certification department and still this has not been resolved.

I continuously need to follow up with them via email and telephone and no one will phone me to keep me up to date.

On the form I requested that my certification should be sent to Vereeniging and it ended up in Rethabile?

And I'm still waiting for the so called reprint to be sent. If there is a reprint every week I follow up the same thing over and over.

The turn around time until date is 6 weeks not 2:-(

I'm also waiting for my books to be delivered my further works form was sent threw on the 06/05/2013. Waiting for almost 2 weeks for this as well.

Please can someone resolve this for me!!!
