Provident fund payout

There is a clear lack of regard for following up or ensuring that claims have been processed, it's been more than 8 weeks now whereby my provident fund has not been paid out. I spoke to Amile Visser last week, he couldn't tell me why it had not been processed and he said he would get back to me but did not, I had to phone again today and he said he needs to check with admin to find out and then he'll get back to me. I phone again 4 hours later, he and says he tried phoning earlier but I have no record at all of receiving that phone call.
He then tells me that the documents that I submitted were certified through a post office and that I should have certified through a police station, but he will overlook that and process the documents. As far as I know certifying through a post office is just as legitimate as doing so through a police station, if the police certification is important, how is he able to overlook it now? Amile Visser was clearly making up a false excuse, really disappointed by the lack of professionalism with this matter.
