Wkend plan activated without my consent

My dad who is a pensioner never activated the wkend evening plan but it was activated, this is ridiculous. We want a full refund of all previous months wkend plan charges and want it cancelled immediately.

Tried calling to cancel only to be cuttoff after waiting online for about 45minutes.
