In May 2013 I requested MTN to change my contract to a Top Up 500 which was done and confirmed by the MTN representative. Up to now I am still being billed for calls and data even though my contract stipulates that it will go over to "Pay as you go" after the R500 has been depleted.

I am getting bills of more than R2000 and are not getting the issue resolved.
I want to cancel my contract as I don't want to be with a supplier that debits my account for a service I have not agreed to, but can't get the cancellation amount out of MTN.
