MTN debits R2K, instead of crediting R2K!!

MTN has billed me R2370 for a data contract that should have cost me R369. This billing only took place after I took up their offer to get R2000 credit to renew a R99/mth 2GB plus deal. This deal was offered when I indicated I wanted to cancel a R369 contract expired in September 2013. MTN without notifying me, converted the contract into a month by month service. When I called MTN to cancel (advised by MTN), I was conned into agreeing to taking this credit offer. When I queried the R2370 debit on 1/1/2014 and allowed MTN to rectify an obvious mistake, they responded to say that R2370 was for an invoice dated 20/11/2013!! I never received such an invoice! It's obvious! Instead of crediting me R2000, they debited me R2000, added the subs of 369, plus 1 rand for whatever reason! Furthermore, this is a hugh deviation. When I initially took out the contract I also asked my agent to limit my consumption to just 2GB to avoid overbilling from MTN. 8ta and Cell C immediately disconnects me once I have reached my specified cap and allows me to activate additional service. I don't trust you MTN!! Please keep your R2000 credit, pay me back my R2000 debit and let's terminate this relationship!
