4 months no network frustrating!!!

I purchased the new BB Z10 from CellC about 4 months ago, ever since then it was endless issues with no network ie I cannot make or receive phone calls. I logged numerous queries with the call centre only to be told its the area in which I live yet other users have network right next to me!! Raised a new query only to find out that Johnny Williams decided to close the case because he claims I had network coverage of course you have coverage when you on wifi but you cant make phone calls!!! Cellc is quick to debit the charges at month end but the service is pathetic. I was told that it is a sim issue and it was replaced and then a sim swap had to take place it took more than 48 hours for the sim swap to take place. After which I got an error message SIM not provisioned MM#2. The call center agent advised that she is working on the matter. finally what seemed like hope I had signal last night at about after 11pm, however to my surprise this morning when I woke up I had no signal again. I reboot my cell about 5-8 times a day just to make a call and after I end the call I have to reboot again as there is no signal.
