Terrible service for a sales person

On the 1st of November I spoke to the call centre at Autopage Cellular head office. I spoke to Anesh who emailed documents for me to order three new Samsung tablets. I completed the documents and submitted them, and on the 4th and 5th I received requests for further documentation, to which I responded. I was told that the tablets would be delivered between 4 and 7 business days after the documentation was received.

I had not received anything by the 13th and I phoned to follow up, only to be told that there is no stock but that they expected stock on the 8th so any day now I will receive. On the 19th I phoned again, only to be given the same story. Anesh then decided that the best way to deal with this was to become rude and obnoxious with me. Autopage can say goodbye to me as a customer.

Sadly, this is the kind of service I have come to expect from Autopage.
