New contract not activated for 2 weeks

I applied for a new contract on 12 Nov, the phone was delivered on 22 Nov. I have since then been calling their call centre to activate the line & Anesh and all his team mates are unable assist me. Every time I am calling, i am spending because they do not have a free call centre number. The Manager Angelo intervened on 4Dec upon my request, he asked that I give him a day to assist Me, he has not returned my call nor sent an email in 15minutes time as he had promised. I am sitting with a phone that I cannot use but they have already debited my account. I want this phone contract to be cancelled and I am reimbursed my funds. I will never do business with autopage again, i am due for an upgrade on my other contract in May & they can forget about me extending my contract with them.
