No customer service - cancel my application

I called last week Monday to take out a contract and spoke to Anesh. He was very quick to send me the documentation he wanted completed and that is pretty much where his service stopped. I sent him everything back within an hour and asked him if everything was in order. He confirmed that is was.
The following day I was told that actually everything was not in order (he clearly didn't check it) and that I had to fix my name to my full name and also complete a 3G document. I did this and re-sent it to him the following morning. I never got any reply on this and had to send him yet another note asking if everything was in order or not. He replied stating that "Everything is ok so far". That was last week and I haven't heard anything since. Now after battling to find someone to speak to for 15 minutes (seeing that no-one there will let me speak to a manager and the customer services lady Thando, who was going to put me through to sales, just put me through to another person in customer services) I had a gentleman (Stanton Greyvensteyn) telling me that nothing has been loaded and that I would need to re-send him everything to load it again seeing that Anesh is now off sick!
