Terrible Service - Not Customer Centric

I have been with Vodacom for the past 13 years, and like everyone, I appreciate good service.

My contract is up for renewal, and I went to the VodaWorld in Midrand looking for advice and assistance. the service I received from all the stores was less than desirable. no one was helpful, no one understood what their competitors where offering, and how the Vodacom matches up to them.

my questions for the stores where simple, when is the Nokia 1020 arriving in South Africa (which I understand is out of their control) the second was how am I able to optimize my monthly billing, to which there was no proper answer. I then asked about the unlimited call contracts. Telkom Mobile is around R500 cheaper, the answer I was given was that the network was poor at Telkom, to which I responded that I have a dropped call on a regular basis.

I have made a complaint on the Vodacom Website, however the response was pretty much the same. I am very brand loyal and would not like to take my business else where without one last try.

certainly not looking for cheaper, but looking for quality of service and a provider I can trust to partner with
