Awful service... Vodacom 4 U... Really???

I am absolutely appalled by the disgusting service I received at both the Vodacom4U and Vodacom3G stores in Cavendish. I was refused a contract due to a problem that Vodacom made to my account then was sent around to different banks to sort out THEIR problem, only to find out that due to another mistake by them my acocount wasn't added to that service!! Therefore I now had to run around going to a different vodacom store only to receive further shocking service and be sent back to the original Vodacom store! Both stores offered me no apologises for having wasted my time trying to fix their mess and to make it worse my original problem wasn't even sorted out yet!!! I am absolutely disgusted in such shocking service from a company that claims to look out '4U. The staff at both stores were rude and offered me no help or proper explanations..I would recommend customer service training immediately!! Following this poor service I will be cancelling all 6 of my business contracts from Vodacom as I expect and demand better service from my mobile network!!!
