Cellphone get lost. Blacklisted it. Took from March to End July 2013 so receive another phone, meanwhile use pre-paid out of my own pocket. When new phone was received there wasn't a sim card with it. I received sim card much later, then it wasn't activated. Went to Vodacom in Tyger Valley. They said it was because the corporate account wasn't paid by the government department. Again i bought a pre-paid sim card to use with my new cellphone. Last week I received a call from government dept. to tell me I got an very excessive account. It is impossible that I could have used it because I got my own wi-fi account which I use. I want an itemised bill and want to know what happened to the sim card which was supposed to be with the cellphone when delivered. I received the other sim card in an envelope. Everyone could have used it. Please investigate this issue immediately.
