Nasha Mobile failure to activatemy Sim Card

I sent an email to Nashua Mobile as I was interested in getting a cellphone from them on a contract. One of their consultants Louis De Swart responded to my email. I told him that I was interested in getting a Sony Experia Go on a contract and then he sent a couple of packages from all the networks from which I could choose from. I chose an MTN Anytime 100 package and told him that I am currently using a Vodacom SIM card and would like to keep my current cellphone number. The Cellphone was delivered on the 21st December 2012 with the MTN Sim Card. I inserted the SIM card and it was not activated. On the 27th I sent Louis an email informing that the SIM card was not activated. Louis was on leave and a colleague responded trying to help but still failed to get my SIM activated. Louis came back from leave and promised to get the problem resolved. I called the Nashua Mobile customer services number and I was told that the matter will be escallated and resolved. More than a month later I have cellphone with a SIM Card that is still not activated. Even though Nashua Mobile has not met it's obligations I have received a statement from them to debit my account at the end of month
