Paying for 9300 blackberry that is nt working

I bought a black berry 9300 on contract is a fourth phone frm mtn it started giving me broblems 8 months later I called the center an inform them that the phone cannot connect to Internet nt even on mtn website they told me to switch off and on bt it did nt work I ws advised to take the phone to the nearest mtn and no one want to assist they say I must go where I bought the phone I told them I bought it telephonically. The batt does nt fit anymore the mouse is nt working and it freezes I ws forced to buy a new phone because it would reboot while on de call n switch off. I am sick n tired of mtn not giving me a solution the contract is 24 months nt 8 months nw I keep on paying for a phone that's in my drawer nt khowing what to do or where to take it
