MTN Management hides behind an UNHELPFUL HelpDesk

My worker's bank card (Annah Moreo) got "swallowed" at the ATM.

She immediately phoned ABSA to stop her card but she ran out of MTN pre-paid airtime.
She went to find a friend's VODACOM pre-paid phone and phoned ABSA again and completed the cancellation of the card.
In this time her bank account was emptied.

Absa refuse to investigate the crime and won't refund her because they say the card was reported after the money was withdrawn from her account.

We need to prove that she made actually made that first call in time.

We got an itemised statement from Absa.
We promptly got for a pre-paid itemised bill from Vodacom.
We asked same from MTN and got nowhere.
We tried again.
We followed each instruction of theirs, waited the 30 days to be told that they don't HAVE to give us the bill, get a court order.
We can't get past the HelpDesk. We can lodge a complaint by email.
In the meantime a person has lost all her money and a BILLION RAND Company who happily collects her prepaid monies shrugs her off, hiding behind a help desk that because they won't be bothered by the little people who made them rich. Please liaise with me, MARYNA KRUGER 083 560 5800
