I have been struggling for THREE DAYS to get my account shut at Vodacom, exactly because of the pathetic service they have been providing me. I have spoken to 7 different consultants concerning the cancellation of my account and every single time each one gives me a different answer. I am not supposed to be babysitting these people to make sure that my situation is being taken care of! I am currently still awaiting any progress. Unbelievable...
