On the 12th October 2013 i took my six months old Samsung Galaxy S111 for Repairs at The Glen branch, for it was and still frozen from the welcome screen, it was checked at the shop level and tested the result i got was it was a software problem, they had to book it for repairs. they never bothered to call me until i went to check myself on the 24th October 2013. I'm not even sure it was booked for repairs because they normally send massages to notify customers, i know this for a fact because I've been their customer for more than 10 years, my phone was at the store at my arrival no one told me it was not fixed till i discovered when i got home. when i called i was told the phone is water damaged, the phone was never exposed to water, when i told them it was never exposed to water they said even moisture damages the phone, so whose problem is it? why do they sell these products if they wont cover for moisture damages. because this is a very expensive phone to start with, I'm still on contract for the next 21 months with a dummy phone. this is a bridge of contract to the power 7. just want my phone fixed that's all. I'm not paying for a dummy phone.
