Morning,
First I take out a brand new contract in June of 2012, 5 months after that my phone breaks where my screen does not even work, so under warranty I take the phone back to get it fixed, it is a Blackberry Curve 9380, so without my screen I cannot do a thing. I gave the phone in for the first time at the beginning of October 2012. After a month early in November 2012 they gave me a call to come and collect the phone, while collecting the phone I became aware that they did not fix the phone at all, all they did was upgrade the software, what good is upgraded software if I am not able to use it due to my screen being broken. Later in November 2012 my phone went back into repairs, this time for almost 7 weeks and I only received a call to come and collect 26 December 2012.Got my phone back January 2013 nothing fixed, so mid January 2013 my phone was sent in for repairs where after 8 WEEKS I finally got a new phone. Every month now there is always a problem in regards to my contract, where they cut my phone of where my account has been paid 3 weeks ago.

How is this possible to give so bad service?
