I upgraded in June 7 2013 online and Lebo phoned me the same day and we finalized the upgrade and was informed of the following:
That MTN will not charge me for an upgrade fee
I will be credited with R369.00
My handset will be delivered on the on the 11 June 2013 (this indeed happened)
I have been phoning MTN asking for this credit and been promised that it will appear in my July statement, but nothing. In August, September and October no credit has been effected into my account. I have been phoning almost everyday when am in office and been given different reference numbers. To cut the long story short NO CREDIT HAS BEEN EFFECTED INTO MY ACCOUNT.
