DEAR MTN
I lodged a complaint on Tuesday 15th October about how pathetic you and your service is. Once again... im back!!! i took my phone back to your Hemmingways East London branch - dealt with the Manager (Tammy)... was promised one of the MTN people would contact me to discuss my phones problem... we two weeks now... and im still waiting!!! i have had to contact Tammy and try get feedback from her... this is top notch service (excuse my sarcasm) i have now taken the issue with my phone to the Complaints Commissioner (CPA). My last complaint on Hello Peter got the most pathetic reply... Catch a wake up MTN!!! i suggest doing something to resolve my issue asap! My Next step will be our local News Paper... and i will continue until somebody at MTN realises i mean business! and actually assists me... i eagerly await MTN's next excuse. For MTN's reference - RIM has publicly admitted to a problem with the Bold 9900 - some problem as mine.. so why wont MTN fix my phone??? need more info mtn?? i will gladly send you the link to the article - please follow link below
