Cell C
BEING RIPPED OFF

Applied for speedstick contract, but cancelled it before they could proses it. Only to find out that the consultant already processed the sale. I was asked to write a cancellation letter which I did. Was totld that there would be no charges to cancel. I decided to buy a speedstick cash which was R1500. Took out contract in November 2011. They started deducting the monthly instalments. So I went in to complain, bianca the consultant assured me it was now cancelled after she sent in a request for it to be cancelled. Only to find out they still deducting my account up untill now. I've been informed that cellc or the consultant who processed my sale will refund me. The consultant is now no longer working for cellc. So I spoke to the new manager and was told he'll take it up with managment! Which was in september last year. I am still waiting for feedback. I go in to cell c every week to find out if there is any feedback yet, but up until today nothing. I must say that this is really bad service for cell c and would loke my money back or take legal action cause I am within my rights as a consumer.
