I was sold a contract over the phone by a consultant working with cellC, at a later stage I then decided I'm no longer interested in the contract and would like to have it cancelled, I called the Cell C call centre and spoke to the team leader who assured me that it would be cancelled, a few days down the line I'm receiving sms's confirming my contact details, and two weeks later they are calling to inform me that they are on the way to my place to deliver my phone, I then asked the lady again to please cancel the contract and she assured me that it will be cancelled, it's now end of the month and help them if they debit my account. I understand my rights and I don't understand why they are still continuing like this, I don't have a lot of money and time on my side, that's why I'm here on HELLO PETER, to try and get a prompt response.
