Cellc Staff -No attempt to perform contract cancel

Sandton City, The most extravagant shopping Mall in Johannesburg. Yet in my opinion it has the a Cell C store with the POOREST SERVICE. Having signed a contract with Cell C on the 6 of April 2013, an iphone contract for R399 a month. Only to realize, that the Cellc network has poor coverage in my area. Knowing the Consumer Protection Act. I then decided to cancel the contract, and went to the the Cellc store in Sandton on 7 April 2013. The consultant Sonya assured me that cancellation will be processed on Monday as her Manager Niren will only be able to perform this. I call in on Monday and Sonya says that Niren is too busy to assist me as he is busy with customers, I call back later to see if he assisted and still nothing. At 15:40 Sonya calls me back saying that the cancellation will take 24 to 48 hours so I felt assured that everything is going through fine. On Tuesday I called the store, and Sonya says I need to be patient. I go into the store being skeptical, only to find that Niren is off for the entire week. I went in on Wednesday, Sonya is off, and nobody can assist me. It is the 11 April today, and I have no service from Cell C. The number for this contract is 0842529131
