Contract cancelled for CPA and still been charged

I signed my Cell C DATA contract at the Cell C Pavillion Store. I asked upon signing if i would get coverage at my address. The consultant checked the coverage map and said there was perfect coverage.then it all started- i couldnt connect at home. I contacted the call center from day one! Check back and see how many calls i made. Between customer services and the speedstick enquiries Eventually a cell c consultant came to run signal tests. he informed me that the signal is weak and he will have to give the results back to Cell C .Then according to CPA and I returned to Cell c Pavillion with the Speedstick, packaging and my refrence number: 1691381 on 02/12/12. Since then i have been charged both months in a row and the call centre are useless keep esculating my case and i never get a response. Now i call in and they dont have record of the case. I would just like to speak to someone who knows what they are doing and can sort this out for me. Its super frustrating. I need a refund and this to be dealt with. I have tried instore, the call centre and even written to customer care and got no respone.
