I am bitterly disappointed with Cell C. I have just gotten a new phone and put my sim card in this morning. Already I have no airtime left as no one advises that there is a function that must be deactivated so that your data does not get used with automatic updates. Now I have had a new phone for less that 24 hours and I cant use it as I have no more data and airtime.
I feel like I have been robbed. This is due to negligence of the call centre staff selling a products and only giving half the information.
