Bought MyGig5 data bundle but never received it

I used R 399.00 of my airtime to purchase a MyGig5 once-off data bundle on the 20th of October 2013. This bundle was never loaded to my number.

Worse still, when I contacted Vodacom customer support, they informed me that I've already used up the bundle I've never received in the first place.

Upon further investigation I've found that they were referring to a previous MyGig5 once-off data bundle I bought in September. I know I've used that one up, that is why I had to buy the new data bundle!

This is not rocket science people!

Vodacom clearly have no proper auditing on their site, it should be a simple matter of looking at their logs for the 20th of October 2013 and simply checking all the transactions made on my number.

How can a company with online services in the 21st century not keep track of their clients' transactions? Even more worrying, how can anyone trust their billing if they can't even track transactions on their own web site?
