A SIM swap was done on my data card on the 16 June 2013 without my consent, eventually CellC noticed that there was created on the data card. I tried making a call from my voice line which is 0847774268 and i noticed that i cannot call any other numbers besides the emergency numbers. I then called the CellC call Centre to confirm what went wrong and they informed me that there was on the data card, a SIM swap was then done after the 16 June 2013 by myself at the CellC shop in Clearwater Mall and the problem was resolved, round about the 15 July 2013 i received my monthly invoice and i noticed that CellC invoiced me for R8900.00 on my Data card, i am still waiting patiently for CellC to rectify this error as i called their call Centre trice already and nobody has called me back since then
