I have been a loyal Cellc subscriber for years. Recently Cellc embarked on a new rules effecting all blackberry uses "Fair usage data" which gives all their blackberry uses either 1 / 2 (package dependable) gigs of data monthly. There was no written form of communication from these service providers 30 days prior change just 1 sms. There were no rules given as to if there were any restrictions to how I use my data. On the 1 October my account recharged with my 2 gigs and by downloading my account balance shot up from R00.00 to R1300 some change and this was also taken from my data. To date (14 October 2013) my account balance reads 1254.89mb data available. I called customer care whom then tells me that I was charged because I don't have data available and I don't understand how this is possible. I am not prepared to pay this amount of usage for my account and I would like communication as to what Cellc is doing about this.
