1 HOUR WAITING FOR CONSULTANT TO ANSWER THE PHONE

I have been on the phone for an hour waiting for a consultant to answer the phone so I can lodge my claim. This after I got through (after waiting on the line for 15minutes) and the lady had no cooking clue what I was referring to with regards to bond insurance and sent me through to the wrong department. This is totally unacceptable as calls to this call centre are not free.
